Alix Ramirez has worked on coffee farms his whole life, and purchased his own plot in 2005. He has focussed on growing primarily IHCAFE 90 and Lempira with a real eye for sustainable agriculture practises and quality coffee.
The coffee is floated for ripe cherries, then allowed 16 hours of dry fermentation before washed and dried.
